You are probably wondering what’s all this healthy water talk doing in a design blog? Quite simply, a container of water mixed with colorful fruits and vegetables is a beautiful addition to any decor and table setting.

With Summer already here in many parts of the world, keeping hydrated is important especially during the warmer months. So, why not treat yourself to a cool drink of infused water?
Infused water is a healthy alternative to soda, energy drinks, and those yummy coffee creations we all love. Drinking infused water can help you look and feel great. It’s true, when we drink water we feel better.

Strawberry & Mint Infused Water
2 Quart Pitcher
6 – Organic Strawberries
1-2 Organic Mint Sprigs
Wash and rinse strawberries and mint sprigs (your choice). Slice strawberries in half. Place all ingredients into 2 quart pitcher, refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve over ice and enjoy! Refill with filtered water as needed. Your infused water will remain fresh for about 3 days.
