Design Soup | Infused Water for a Healthy Refresh-mint! Reply

Welcome to Thirsty Thursday!  Last week we talked about the benefits of drinking infused water and shared a delicious strawberry & mint water recipe.  This week we are featuring a simple, yet refreshing recipe infusing cucumbers and mint!

Did you know that cucumbers are low in saturated fat, very low in cholesterol and sodium and are a good source of vitamin A, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese, and a very good source of vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium?  Who knew!?
